The economic success of a company depends, on the one hand, on the quality of its products and services and, on the other, on its willingness to improve performance through innovation.
We are working to continuously improve our value chain. We do not define quality as a difference between “good” or “bad”, but as a degree of consistency with previously defined criteria or as a degree of fulfilment of expectations. The resulting expenses for the fulfilment of expectations are negligible compared to the possible consequences if the degree of consistency is too low. Complaints, refinishing and loss of trust are the result – optimising these points is the task of Quality Assurance (QA).
As part of our ISO-certified quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015), work is carried out on the basis of detailed working and test specifications, which are worked out together with the customer and our QA department. This includes, for example, incoming and outgoing goods checks as well as extensive documentation. For example, sample sizes, test parameters, measurement methods, acceptance criteria, etc. are jointly defined.
